The 11.7 oz, approximately 397 gsm, fabric is woven from 100% cotton in a warm khaki brown. It has the dry, structured hand expected from non-stretch raw denim, with enough weight for definition without the bulk of a heavyweight jean.

Construction

The five-pocket construction includes a layered coin pocket, rear patch pockets, a zip fly, metal shank button and rivets. The vegetable-tanned leather patch has a pass-through that allows a belt to run behind it, keeping the patch visible when the belt is worn.

Details

A red-and-white selvedge ID is visible when the cuff is turned. The layered coin pocket and leather-patch belt pass-through add useful detail without changing the familiar five-pocket layout. The khaki brown colour will show creases and wear differently from indigo denim, giving the jeans a more understated ageing pattern.

Sizing and Shrinkage
