Denim Jackets

Substantial selvedge denim jackets with distinct proportions. Choose a slim Type III trucker with a little more body length or a shorter, one-washed jacket with adjustable rear tabs. Both use 15 oz cotton denim and have chest and hand pockets.

Choosing a denim jacket

Both jackets use 15 oz (509 gsm) cotton selvedge denim. Start with the body length and the room you need for your usual layers.

  • Type III Trucker Jacket: slim through the chest and body, with a soft starting feel and slightly more length than a standard Levi’s Trucker Jacket. Its rear tabs are decorative. The internal pocket bottoms are partly open, so keep coins and small valuables elsewhere.
  • One-Washed Denim Jacket: a shorter, fitted body that finishes around the waistband. The sanforised denim is washed once, and the rear tabs adjust the hem. Its narrow cuffs are worth checking if you have larger wrists or wear a large watch.

Allow for your layers. Both are fitted styles. Use the product’s size guide to check the chest, shoulders, sleeves and body length. The Type III also offers M plus (US), between M and L. Each guide shows the website size alongside the sewn label where they differ.
